SHIPPING & RETURNS INFO


Shipping Time

  • 99% of all Orders ship same day for in stock items placed before 11am PST on normal buisness days*.
      *Monday through Friday, excluding holidays
  • We will notify you within 24 business hours if any items you ordered are out-of-stock.

Delivery Time

  • Most orders are delivered within 2 to 5 business days of being placed. If you would like your package delivered with Fedex overnight, please leave a note in your order comments requesting a quote for Express delivery.
  • We ship from warehouses in the United States, based in Georgia, Ohio, Virginia, and Oregon, depending on which product is ordered.

Shipping Method

  • All orders are shipped with Fedex Standard Ground service. If you require your order sooner, please indicate this in your order notes. For more information, please contact customer service at (604) 670-5410 .

Which Warehouse will my order ship from?

  • Your order may be split between multiple locations depending on which product is ordered.
  • Holloway and Russel brand items will ship from Ohio. Augusta and High Five brand items will ship from Georgia. Pacific Headwear will ship from either Oregon or Virginia, depending on your location.
  • There is no additional shipping charge for split shipments.

Payment Methods

  • Visa and Mastercard

  • Cheques are accepted only from schools or government organizations. Please contact customer service for details.
  • Credit cards issued outside of the Canada are not accepted.
  • No COD

Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. Instead, you must return the unwanted items and place a new order for the wanted items. Please see our Returns & Refunds policy below for instructions on the return process.

Returns

  • All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • Altered items are not returnable.
  • Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
  • Returns must be authorized by Blank Athletics
  • Returns without a RA # will be refused.
  • Items must be sent Freight Pre-Paid.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for credits to be processed.
  • If you've received a damaged item, we will gladly replace it so long as the claim is made within 10 days of receipt.
  • All return requests must be made within 30 days of the shipment date.
  • All garments must be returned in their original packaging.

Cancellations

  • Order cancellation can only be made before shipment.
  • Once shipment occurs, the return policy is in effect.

Backorders

  • Blank Athletics does not do backorders.
  • If an item is unavailable you will be contacted. The order will be held until you confirm how you'd like to proceed.
